Spring is giving us a lot of surprises from the latest fashion trends to the hottest make up. The latest trend as shown on the faces of celebrities, is bright blue eyeliner. Your eyes will surely get the attention they deserve with this eye make up.

 

There was a time when women only had kohl black eye liner to get by. These days, the colors that can be used on the eyes care as varied as the colors that are used on the lips. If you are more daring then you can go for the neon blue eyeliner. It is not easy to pull off a blue make-up, but just looking at Drew Barrymore’s blue eye shadow and Gwen Stefani's blue eyeliner can make a lot of women daring.
